The artist Mitchell Bunton-Douglas was born in Louisville, KY and received his undergraduate degree in art history and visual studies from the University of Kentucky. His unique conceptual approach to art making is the result of a dual dedication to artistic philosophy and fine object making. His practice is meant is to provide commentary on our collective human perception of visual information. Mitchell also studied at the Florence University of the Arts in Florence, Italy and has exhibited work domestically as well as internationally most recently at Holy Art Gallery London 2024.
